VICKI'S TIP - EAT A HEALTHY DIET
A healthy balanced diet is the basis for healthy hair .
Green leafy vegetables, beans, nuts, eggs, fish, and chicken are a good source of protein that assists hair growth. Foods that are high in Vitamin C and E such leafy greens, broccoli, capsicum, avocado, and berries help protect the hair and skin cells from the damage from free radicals.
OH and keep hydrated drink plenty of water

Take care of your hair and scalp by using high quality shampoos, conditioners and styling products that are suited to your hair type and condition. Choose products that are free from sulphates, parabens and other chemicals that are detrimental to our heath and contribute to chemical overload.

ADELE'S TIP- PROTECT YOUR HAIR FROM HEAT AND THE SUN
High heat can damage and dehydrate your hair causing it to be come weak and prone to breakage. Avoid using high heat settings on your hairdryer and thermal tools and ensure you use a thermal protector to shield your locks and minimise any damage.
The heat from really hot water can irritate and dehydrate your scalp it can become flaky and reduce the natural oils needed to protect and lubricate your hair
The sun's UV rays not only damage and age our skin but it effects our hair in the same way. wear a hat and use leave in conditioners or styling products with UV filters to protect your hair.
