FAQ all you need to know about booking an appointment at Orenda hair




Q HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?


A. There are couple of ways you can book your hair appointment at Orenda hair


The best was is to call the salon on 82328539 or 0447264644, We will be able to find the best time that suits you with your preferred stylist

If the salon is closed you can leave a message and we will call you when we are back in the salon.


Although we would love you to call the salon, we understand it is not always convenient, so You can book online with us 24/7. You will find the links all over our website and our socials



The first time you use online bookings, you will be asked to create a login.

You will then be able to log in at anytime to check your bookings, make changes, reschedule or cancel your appointment.


*Please remember you can only make changes up to 12 hours before your appointment on-line and will have to call the salon if you need to make a change less than 12 hours prior.




Q. DO WE REQUIRE A BOOKING FEE?


A.When you book online, or if you are booking a large colour service, A booking fee of 50% is required to secure your appointment.

This will be deducted from the cost of your service.


Q. DO WE SEND REMINDERS & CONFIRMATIONS


A. When you make a booking online, you will receive an email confirming your booking and a receipt for the booking fee.

(You may need to check your junk)

  • If you don't receive the emails or can't see a confirmed booking online, please call the salon so we can check that your appointment is all booked

We send a reminder SMS the day before your appointment .

  • Please don't reply to the sms

All you need to do is confirm by clicking on the link. This automatically then updates your booking to appointment confirmed.

If you need to make any changes you will need to call the salon


Q. WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?


A.We understand that things come up, that require you to change your plans.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, so we have time to reallocate your appointment to another client


Cancellations without 24 hours notice will result in the forfeit of your booking fee or if no deposit was paid you will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.


If you fail to show up you will be charged 100% of your booked services

Multiple no shows may require you to make full payment to secure an appointment.
